Celtejo’s special lunches celebrated one year in September 2019. During this period a total of twenty events were held with the main purpose of recognizing the team’s commitment and success.

These events celebrated not only important dates and production milestones but also all the team members birthdays. Themed events celebrating the beginning of the Seasons, Carnival, The International Day of the Women, the traditional Santos Populares and a haunted Halloween party were held to break the routine.

The promotion of these events is seen as a differentiating factor, generating a positive social environment as well as providing moments to escape the occasional stress situations generated in everyday life at the mill.
